 The purpose of this position is to provide IT asset management support to the IT Financial Services Manager for the Technology Solutions (TS) department. Duties include but are not limited to providing management analysis and oversight of all enterprise IT and TS departmental assets. The IT Asset Coordinator will provide essential financial and operational support to the Technology Solutions Department, ensuring effective IT assets, contracts, and financial resources management. This position manages IT asset lifecycles, conducts in-depth analyses, and supports strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to help drive the department's success.

- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Conduct in-depth analyses, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analyses of IT assets, to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in annual budget preparation and monitor adherence, identifying areas for cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain asset lifecycle models and their respective KPIs to assess enterprise and departmental IT asset health and performance.
- Manage IT contracts, licenses, and maintenance plans, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline IT asset procurement deployment, sustainability and decommissioning.
- Prepare and present IT health and asset reports to management, providing insights into trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Associate's degree or equivalent in business administration or directly related field.
- Three (3) years of advanced administrative support experience.Â
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (eg. Excel. PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Valid, unrestricted, North Carolina driver's license "or" if you currently have another states driver's license, must be willing and able to obtain a valid NC driver's license within 60 days of hire.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or directly related field.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools for data visualization and reporting
- Experience in asset monitoring and analyses.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and IT asset management practices.
