Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Division Manager at the City of San José. The Division Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, and ensuring the division's goals and objectives are met. This role is located in San Jose, CA.
Qualifications

- Budgeting and Financial Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Project Management and Strategic Planning skills
- Experience in Local Government or Public Administration
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Knowledge of City of San José policies and procedures is a plus
