This position will be assigned to the Cobb County Solicitor's Office. The purpose of this classification is to provide litigation support for assigned attorneys: assembles motions, briefs, exhibits, pleadings, and related items according to proper formats as established by the courts; and schedules depositions.
Experience and ability to handle traffic warrants, Cobb DUI citations, and DUIs of agencies other than municipalities (KSU, GSP, etc.) for all 12 state courtrooms on the initiation and finalization of certain traffic cases.
