Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Sales Manager at Tri County Toyota, located in Royersford, PA. The General Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. The role involves monitoring customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, conducting market analysis, and staying updated on automotive industry trends.
Qualifications
Dynamic and self-motivated leader with experience in sales management and the development of effective sales strategies. Possesses strong leadership and team management skills, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities. Skilled at analyzing market trends and competitor activity. Proficient in using CRM systems, such as vAuto, and various sales software. Experience in automotive dealerships, with a familiarity with Toyota considered a plus. A background in finance is also beneficial. Available to work on-site in Royersford, PA.
