We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. As our
Parks & Recreation Department Administrative Coordinator, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of our department. We value strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to serving our community.
As the
Department Administrative Coordinator, you will support our Recreation and Engagement divisions by coordinating office operations and designing processes around employee onboarding, contractor management, and processing contracts. Your active support and collaboration with team members will play a crucial role in ensuring that we deliver outstanding services. By fostering a collaborative environment and offering guidance and assistance, we can enhance our team’s effectiveness.
In this role, you will be joining a Parks and Recreation Department with a vision of protecting and enhancing the community’s quality of life by delivering exceptional services. Schedule Details: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday - Friday
This is an onsite position.
This position is full-time and might require some weekends and evenings.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2-4 years of college level coursework preferred,
- Six years of progressively responsible administrative support experience at the executive level
- Office management experience preferred
- May require relevant certification or higher education coursework as it pertains to the department/division
- Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
