About This Role
The successful candidate will join an experienced administrative team and work closely with the director of equity and
inclusion. The position blends organizational psychology principles, human-centered design practices, and structured research methodologies to consult on County initiatives, executive reports, and to evaluate new community service initiatives and policies. The role also involves coordinating across departments, contributing to, and ensuring research and practices align with ethical standards, human rights, anti-discrimination laws, and frameworks.* The majority of telework is around 80%.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or G.E.D. and 7 years of hands-on experience synthesizing research with equity tools.
PREFERENCES: Working knowledge of organizational human-centered design, organizational psychology, or a related field, along with experience applying research and evaluation methods in government or other public-sector settings. Experience facilitating learning, with statistical analysis and a track record of extracting comprehensive insights from multiple data sources to identify program priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, and the public.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week to be worked between the hours of 8am-5pm. The position is telework eligible, with occasional in-person collaboration.
Hiring Salary Range: $91,162.50 - $121,836.00
