**IT Help Desk Coordinator**

In this vital frontline role, youll serve as the primary point of
contact for County staff experiencing hardware, software, or telephone
issues. Youll work under general supervision, but your impact will be

- Do You Have What It Takes?**
- **Associate\'s degree**or certification in Computer Information
Systems or a related field.
- At least**three years**of IT support experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience.
- Strong**communication**skills and a**customer-focused**mindset.
- **Experience**with Microsoft Windows 10 or higher, Office 365, and
Active Directory.
- Familiarity with**telephony systems**(Mitel preferred).
**What You\'ll Do:**
- Respond to and diagnose user requests related to PCs, software, and
telephone systems.
- Provide hands-on support and instruction for desktop applications
and County Intranet tools.
- Troubleshoot workstations, basic networking issues, and software
applications.
- Log, track, and report technical issues, identifying trends and
recommending improvements.
- Support the administration of user accounts using Active Directory.
- Manage internal phone systems, collaborating with vendors and
configuring changes via Mitel software.
- Assist in user training and documentation related to IT systems and
procedures.
