What You’ll Do
Depending on the role, you may:
· Build & set up stages
· Help install tents, tables, chairs, fencing, signage, & festival décor
· Support performers & stage operations
· Move equipment & supplies
· Help keep performances running on time
· Assist festival guests & staff
· Be part of the behind-the-scenes crew that makes the event happen
What You Bring
· Positive attitude
· Dependability
· Teamwork
· Comfortable working outdoors
· Ability to lift 75 lbs.
· Relevant event, stage, setup, or leadership experience depending on position
Dates
· Festival runs June 11–14, 2026
· Gofer I position begins June 9, 2026
· Most roles work 40–60 hours during festival week
Pay
· Gofer I: $8.00/hour
· Stage Crew Member: $300 stipend
· Stage Manager: $500 stipend
