Event Details:
- Dates: June 11 - June 14, 2026
- Location: Salina, Kansas
Opportunities Available:
- Stage Manager
- Host & cater to entertainers while creating a festive atmosphere.
- Address audience inquiries & ensure a smooth stage schedule.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, & a cheerful, helpful attitude.
- Communicate & manage any emergencies or inclement weather situations with authority.
- $500 stipend (approximately $12.50/hour).
- Stage Crew Member
- Assist in all stage setup operations & equipment handling.
- Support entertainers & maintaining a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
- Enthusiasm for festivals & community events.
- Operate golf carts & other festival equipment as needed.
- $300 stipend (approximately $7.50/hour.)
Qualifications:
- Education: Eighth-grade minimum for Stage Crew Member. Minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. for Stage Manager.
- Experience: Varies by role, with preference for those with experience in event, stage, or festival settings.
- Must be sixteen (16) years of age or older for Stage Crew Member. Stage Manager requires ages eighteen (18) or older.
- Valid driver's license for Stage Manager role involving utility vehicle & golf cart operation.
- Physical ability to lift to 75 lbs. & handle varying weather conditions.
Hours:
- 40-60 hours from June 11 to June 14, 2026.
- Position works long hours in varied & adverse weather conditions.
