This position is highly technical, maintenance, engineering, inspection, quality control, and project manager type work. This position provides engineering on architectural design, solutions to maintenance problems, project management and inspection service; may prepare architectural/structural product specifications; may evaluate new architectural/structural methods and materials; may provide industrial water treatment services; and may provide technical HVAC maintenance operations, and automated controls work. The work is performed under the general supervision of various coordinators and/or the Supervisor or Director of Facilities Management Services.
