Our NYC based Restaurant Group is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to work directly with the Marketing & Operations Manager. This is a full-time on site position, office based in Midtown, Manhattan. Salary: $65K/year. Benefits available after 90 days of employment.
Qualifications:
- Past administrative and/or marketing experience in an office setting
- Written communication skills
- Time management, multitasking, and flexibility
- Organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills, professional and courteous demeanor, excellent office and phone etiquette
Requirements:
- Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations.
- Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization
- Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- - Manages calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements.
