Performs complex professional work providing leadership, fiscal management, and direction to the Department of Public Works being responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of the City’s transportation infrastructure, water production and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment facilities, storm water infrastructure, , building maintenance, park maintenance, and cemetery maintenance. Work involves setting policies and goals under the direction of the City Manager. Departmental supervision is exercised over all personnel within the department.
