CREW LEADER
DEPARTMENT: CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
Duties include providing leadership, training and technical guidance to crew members; completing the trash and litter control route on a daily and weekly basis; assisting drainage maintenance crew with tasks and projects; supervising the shopping cart abatement program, retrieving carts, notifying businesses and coordinating with other city staff; ensuring proper care and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and tools at job sites; answering questions and providing information to the public; and keeping consistent and accurate records. High school diploma or equivalent, a valid Class C Texas driver’s license and two years of related experience in maintenance or a related field required. Must have, or be able to obtain within a specified period of time a Texas Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B. Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. but schedule may also include some evenings and weekends. A résumé must be submitted with application.
PAY GRADE GG18 / FULL PAY RANGE $26.33 - $37.11 PER HOUR ($54,768 - $77,208 ANNUALLY)
