Responsible for overseeing Reservations Division Desk Operations and rental requests and scheduling. Front desk operations include assisting customers in person and on the phone, daily deposits, department purchasing and maintaining department files. Responsible for overall management of rental schedule and permits. Assist with the management of rental facilities and contracts for the Parks & Recreation Department. Manage reception desk operations of the Community Center Reservations Division. Scheduling rentals at all Parks & Recreation facilities. Process purchase orders, timesheets and other paperwork, provide support to Director and Event Coordinator. Assist with City sponsored programs and events. Manage assigned holiday programs. This position is an essential part of the department operations.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, 1-year of rental management experience, 1 year of cash handling, deposit and purchase order experience, 2 years of office management experience, Computer skills to include Microsoft Office
