We are seeking experienced emergency management and incident command professionals to support
Logistics, Finance/Admin, Planning, and Task Force Leadership functions during paid disaster deployments across Florida and beyond.
This is not desk work. This is field-based, high-impact leadership—being the behind the scenes support for our crisis care field operations in real-time, often in austere and rapidly evolving environments. Our Incident Management staff works with other response organizations, local partners, and emergency management agencies to ensure operations run smoothly, ethically, and effectively.

- Logistics Manager & Support
- Finance / Administration Manager & Support
- Planning Manager & Support
- Documentation Manager (Canva skills required)
- Timekeeping, Cost Tracking, and Procurement Support
- Public Information & Internal Communications Support
- Inventory Tracking & Credentialing Support
- Assistant Task Force Leaders / Deputy Task Force Leaders

Requirements
Note: This is not a remote position. All Response Cadre members must be able and willing to deploy onsite to disaster-affected areas when activated.

We are recruiting professionals
nationwide to join our 2026 roster.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Formal ICS/NIMS training (ICS-100/200/700 required; 300/400 strongly preferred)
- *AND* Ability to flex within a Quasi-ICS structure where we have adapted the classic positions for our field needs
- Experience serving in administrative leadership and/or project management
- Experience in disaster response, emergency management, public safety, public health, or large-scale operations
- Strong organizational, documentation, and decision-making skills
- The ability to remain calm, flexible, and effective in high-stress environments
- A collaborative working style and respect for multidisciplinary teams
- Technology skills to adapt to the various programs and softwares that support our field operations
- A quick learner in real time
Minimum requirements:
- Relevant experience in administration, incident management or emergency operations
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to deploy on short notice
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and adaptability
All positions are
temporary, on-call roles for the 2026 response season. Deployments may range from
5 days to several months, depending on the incident and your availability. Evening and weekend work may be required.
During the interview process, we will clearly explain how deployments work and how they can integrate with your existing employment or obligations.
