VP of Finance — Pendragon Family Office
Pendragon is building a modern family office for a global founder navigating a complex and evolving financial landscape. We steward a multi-jurisdictional ecosystem across the US and Europe, support a diverse investment portfolio, and are architecting long-term structures that will scale through and beyond a series of liquidity events beginning in 2026.
We are seeking a VP of Finance who is rigorous with numbers, disciplined in systems, and capable of growing into increasing leadership and stewardship within the family office over time. This is a pre-liquidity hire with immediate operational impact.
Role Summary
The VP of Finance will own the financial operations underlying Pendragon’s structure. You will bring clarity and control to accounting, reporting, tax, compliance, and vendor orchestration. You will collaborate with the principal shaping long-term direction, a senior financial operator managing core systems, and the Chief of Staff coordinating execution, turning complexity into coherent systems and sound financial guidance.
This is a hands-on builder role for someone who thrives in detail, anticipates what’s needed, and brings precision to an evolving environment.
