About us:The Administration, Accounting, and Treasury Management division of Finance oversees City finances, manages investments and debt portfolios, handles accounts payable, plans debt policies and capital improvements, coordinates risk management, and prepares the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
What you will do:The Finance Intern will support the Tax Collector in the Tax Collections Division within the Finance Department, assisting with complex and technical tasks related to city revenue billing and collections, including property taxes, beer/wine licenses, and special assessments. This part-time position involves performing essential office duties as assigned by the Tax Collector and is limited to a maximum of 1,000 hours.

- File Organization: Maintain and manage filing systems with precision.
