At Keller Executive Search, we are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our client's team. As an Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing financial administrative and reporting support to the organization.
Location: Torrance, CA
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for various entities within the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and oversee external audits, ensuring timely completion and adherence to audit procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and generate financial reports.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Prepare tax returns, liaise with tax staff, and stay updated on relevant accounting standards and tax laws.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within the accounting function
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; CPA certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of entity accounting principles and experience with QuickBooks.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with family stakeholders and external service providers
