Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist will engage in corporate marketing support, in alignment with marketing objectives and initiatives. Working under the direct supervision of the Marketing Director, this role supports the marketing department and helps to execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and ultimately help us grow our business and hit overarching company goals & KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Project management of all tasks and outputs relating to marketing campaigns, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Menu Innovation Support: Manage, update and maintain digital menu board content supporting multiple objectives. Leads consumer tasting panel program, including attendee recruitment and survey execution. Attends all menu tastings and culinary vendor presentations, working with our executive chef to develop presentation materials which will include research from third party sources.
Meeting and Presentation Coordination: Ownership of all marketing department meetings. Responsible for scheduling, creating agendas, taking detailed notes, developing internal presentations (as needed), organizing and expediting outputs quickly and accurately.
Consumer Research: Creating and launching external consumer surveys, using segmentation to ensure appropriate target audiences for various in-person and online research projects, reporting on results.
Internal Communication: Serve as the liaison between marketing and other departments to ensure smooth communication and implementation of campaigns, coordinating our weekly internal communication plans to field teams. Manage marketing support email inboxes.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Support post-campaign analyses to measure performance against KPIs. Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign outcomes, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Third-Party Management: Serve as the primary liaison for third-party delivery partners, ensuring seamless communication and execution of marketing initiatives
Creative Support: Assist with photoshoots and other marketing-driven events, as needed.
Grand Openings: Support of marketing responsibilities regarding new store openings.
