High school diploma or GED; one year of customer service experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required.
Greet and assist customers at the front counter and over the phone with inquiries, service requests, and general information. Receive and process utility payments, enter data into spreadsheets. Verify customer account information and ensure accuracy of transactions in CIS. Provide clear and professional communication to customers and coworkers. Perform other related duties as assigned. This position is part of an approved Career Development Plan (CDP) and offers career progression opportunities and salary incentives, as funding permits, based on performance, qualifications, and experience.
