Position Summary:
The Director of Finance will serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, owning budgeting, financial planning, and cross-functional analysis while helping scale the finance function to support aggressive growth and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles (CFO-reviewed)
- Deliver monthly financial reporting and executive insights
- Partner closely with operations and department leaders to analyze performance, identify trends, and drive decisions
- Build scalable financial planning & analysis (FP&A) processes across business units
- Play a key role in M&A integration, ensuring financial visibility and alignment post-acquisition
- Bring structure and clarity to rapid growth and multi-entity operations
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and reporting visibility
Qualifications
- 8–15+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting
- Experience in high-growth companies
- Background in audit, investment banking, or large corporate finance environments preferred
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence leaders
- Experience integrating or supporting multiple acquisitions
