Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree. One year of administrative experience is required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis.

The AO2 position entails large-scale purchasing to include purchasing commodities and services. This position will be tasked with ensuring accurate processing and entry of design and construction invoices; establishing purchase orders; initiating requests for new allocations and allocations increases; monitor allocations, remaining balances in contracts, and expiration dates of contracts; creating service orders, work orders, Authorizations to Proceed; Notice to Proceed; assists with the division's vehicles and vehicle plan; participating in year-end closing activities; assisting with the division's record keeping/record retention; and performing other related work as required.
