Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Manager at Pivotal Retail Group. The role involves overseeing the IT operations, managing IT services, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to staff. The position is based in Marietta, GA, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- IT infrastructure management, IT project services, and network security skills
- Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting IT issues
- Knowledge of systems integration
- Managing the setup and inventory of all computers, and other hardware
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn different software programs and be able to teach others
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience
