Job Responsibilities
The SC Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism Finance Office is seeking a temporary employee who can work in the office for at least 20 hours a week. Theschedule is flexible and can be worked around a school schedule.
Job Duties
- Assist Fiscal Manager in entering FEMA equipment cost codes and other information into daily State Parks FEMA reports in Excel for Hurricane Helene debris removal.
- Open mail and scan invoices into appropriate folders.
- Occasional filing
- Practice and promote teamwork within the Finance Office, throughout the agency and with external agency stakeholders. Represents office as an active member on agency teams assigned throughout the year. Abide by Agency Code of Conduct.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excel experience preferred.
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must possess the ability to maintain a positive working relationship with staff members
- Must possess a valid South Carolina Driver’s license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
