Summary
Provide efficient, courteous service to customers via telephone the and/or through personal contact.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists customers in person or by telephone with information, certified copies, etc. as needed.
- Prepares cash bond refund orders, verifies information, submits order to cash bond administrator.
- Intakes various legal documents, file-marks and files or distributes them to the proper destination.
- Assists with file maintenance or other tasks as assigned by the Assistant Manager.
- Researches, processes and issues warrants.
- Creates customer receipts, makes deposits and balances monies received for certified copies, criminal history searches, etc.
- Receives, separates and distributes daily reports from Information Technology and the mail.
- Verifies interlock reports and mails notices of interlock to defendants and bondspersons. Makes appropriate docket entry and file copy in case jackets.
- Records warrant fees in mainframe bills of cost .
- Conducts routine filing.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year clerical experience. Demonstrated proficiency with keyboarding. Familiar with Windows 2000 or higher. Must have the ability to work with numeric filing systems. Must take and pass a 35 wpm typing test.

While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to walk, bend, stoop, push, pull and lift.
