The City of Medford is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant City Manager to support our City Manager in coordinating the operations of all City departments. Required Education and Experience:
- Nine (9) years of progressively responsible administrative or staff experience in municipal government including five years in direct leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, finance, or other specific area of study as deemed applicable may substitute for four (4) years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in public administration.
Available Schedule:
- 8 hours daily, Monday - Friday
Directly related experience and qualifications will be evaluated alongside others who perform work of comparable character as required by Pay Equity Law. Six steps are included in this salary range, allowing opportunity for annual movement through the steps.
