Required Education and Experience:
- Graduation from high school or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- One year of experience in a general labor role.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with power tools, leaf blower, hedge trimmer and pressure washer.
Available Schedule:
- Monday - Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Compensation & Information on Benefits:
The anticipated hiring range for the Parking Garage/Parking Lot Maintenance Worker position is $18.36 (first step) to $19.28 (second step). Directly related experience and qualifications will be evaluated alongside others who perform work of comparable character as required by Pay Equity Law. Three steps are included in this salary range, allowing opportunity for annual movement through the steps.
